Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may request cancellation before your order has been packed or dispatched. If the order is still eligible for cancellation, Agatya Organics will cancel it and process any applicable refund to the original payment method where possible.
Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping partner, cancellation may not be possible. In such cases, the order may need to be delivered first and then reviewed under our Refund Policy if there is a valid issue with the product or delivery.
